Through the [Sales Distribution] chart, we can intuitively distinguish whether there is a monopoly of product sales. If there is no strong monopoly, we can choose a ranking position as the sales target during the promotion period because to obtain the Amazon traffics close to the target position, and the sales volume needs to reach such a value. The choice of this position is determined by one's own ability, judging the cost of distributing goods, the success of the promotion, and the cost of a product review.

Estimate the number of reviews to be reached

Through the [Review Number Distribution] chart, we can see the relationship between the number of reviews and sales. Here we can see the number of reviews that needs to be achieved in order to obtain traffics similar to that of competing products. Usually, if most of the competing products have 1000+ reviews, entering this kind of marketing will have a huge cost. Small and medium sellers must evaluate before they enter. Conversely, if more products with comments less than 200 can also get good sales, such promotion costs are more controllable, and small and medium sellers can try to venture into the market.

The purpose here is to measure the profitability (or investment) of the product in various periods.
For example, we can test run promotion costs. You can look for competing products that are still in the promotion period within three months as a guide, using their pricing, sales and other data as the basis, and setting the advertising sales ratio, advertising expected conversion rate, and advertising expected average price per click in the calculator with more conservative values to test run the promotion cost. If 100% of sales come from advertising sales, the conversion rate is only 10% and the average.
Similarly, to test the profit of stable sales, you can choose a competitive product that has entered a stable sales period as a guide, use the same method to test, and adjust the advertising numerical parameters to measure the profitability in various situations.
